Short Biography
High school in Munich, Germany University degree in International relations in the USA 
(Bachelor, Summa cum Laude) French Diploma in Paris (Institut Catholique) Work Experience before consulting: worked for a number of years in various international organisations (US, France and UK) in the area of marketing/business. Trained with the international Coverdale organisation as consultant, trainer and executive coach Since 1990 partner at Coverdale, working for numerous international organisations in the area of training, consulting and organisational development in UK, France, Switzerland, Austria and the US Recently made the transition to work on a freelance basis with my own client base with a network of very competent colleagues as well as doing Coverdale projects. Attended a number of personal development seminars as well as a 2.5 year coaching development programme with “Dietz Training & Beratung”. Married with three children, who are aged 14, 12 and 5 years old, we live in southern Germany, Dießen am Ammersee.What is the main focus of my work?
All topics that are related to personality development and leadership are a basis for my work and my working interest. I have gathered a lot of experience in the area of international co operation. I provide individual coaching for managers and leaders working in industry as well as a number of training topics and I design and lead workshops for leadership topics.
Over the last few years I have also been working with young people especially preparing them for interviews e.g. for university, jobs, apprenticeships.
What are my core skills?
I have gathered a wide selection of experience working in industry both in jobs as well as a trainer, coach and consultant. I have managed to also gather a wide variety of tools, methods and approaches in working with people to support and develop them.
I look for the strengths and good in people partnered with a great curiosity and interest for the people I am working with.
It is definitely not easy to balance family and work but I enjoy my work, it is personally enriching to me and I wouldn’t want to miss it.
I work in both German, my mother tongue, and English.
