Intercultural Cooperation More and more companies and organisations want to develop their intercultural skills in order to improve cooperation across national boundaries. Leading teams and projects often means leading people who are sitting in different locations, working in other countries and with different cultural backgrounds and who often cooperate via virtual communication. Intercultural competence helps understand behaviour one did not expect and which is different from one’s own working approach. It increases the level of comfort and effectiveness in working together and makes the intercultural experience one of joy and mutual benefit. I offer intercultural coaching, in English and German. I have lived and worked many years in several European countries and USA and have gathered a wide range of international project experience and can therefore react flexibly in working with many topics. Intercultural coaching can be especially useful for preparing managers for working abroad, consulting on specific project topics, preparing presentations for international audiences or trying out other communication situations. I work with role plays and feedback. I also offer a 2-day intercultural workshop, in English or German. Cultural differences in management styles (an overview over 5 cultural groups and topics like teamwork, leadership, communication, delegation, decision-making etc)
