During my 18 years of experience as a consultant, trainer and coach I have worked with a very wide variety clients both small and large firms, international organisations, with both groups, individual managers and leaders as well as private individuals in Germany and abroad.
I have gathered a multitude of experiences with many topics, but quite often my work has something to do with leadership. Leading/management of small groups of employees, topics surrounding the leading an organisation or also self-leadership in managing one’s own expectations, wishes and decisions.
